Preparatory Class Students of the School of Foreign Languages Visit the Equestrian and Riding Center

Students from Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University School of Foreign Languages visited the Equestrian and Riding Center as part of the Photography & Storytelling and Travel & Tourism Club Activities courses, accompanied by Lect. Olcay Uzun and Lect. Özge Sırma.

During this technical trip, which was organized in connection with the course content, students had the opportunity to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge about equestrian sports. Guided by the center’s staff, they learned about horse care, training, and the fundamental rules of riding, and also had the chance to personally experience horseback riding.

The visit not only focused on equestrianism but also offered an important opportunity for students to evaluate the tourism potential of the Cappadocia region, practice photography, and develop their artistic skills. Immersed in nature, students reinforced their observations through both fieldwork and hands-on shooting activities.

At the end of the event, the students expressed their gratitude, saying: “Experiencing something like this was very valuable for us. Being in touch with nature and witnessing an activity like horseback riding, which plays a key role in Cappadocia’s tourism, was fascinating. It also became an unforgettable memory for us.”

The center’s representatives also shared their satisfaction, stating: “We are delighted by the young people’s interest in equestrian sports and interaction with nature. Such visits are extremely valuable both for the students and for us.”
