As Nevsehir Haci Bektas Veli University School of Foreign Languages, we are pleased to announce that we have received the approval of the Oxford Test of English Approved Test Center by OUP (Oxford University Press) to conduct the Oxford Test of English (OTE) exam as of May 2021.
OTE, a computer adaptive test, is a new test application that can measure the English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) of the exam participants and evaluate the results according to the CEFR A2, B1 and B2 levels. This exam, which was introduced globally in April 2019, has started to be used and accepted by different public and private sector institutions and organizations in our country, including Nevsehir Haci Bektas Veli University. Our School of Foreign Languages, which has also been conducting the TOEFL IBT® exam since August 2019, has also established the International Foreign Language Exams Coordinatorship and continues to work to include other international foreign language exams besides TOEFL IBT and OTE.
