As Nevsehir Haci Bektas Veli University School of Foreign Languages, we are pleased to announce that we have received approval from ETS (Educational Testing Services) as an examination center (TOEIC® Authorized Test Center) to carry out the TOEIC® exam as of May 2021.

TOEIC® is implemented in two sections and measures four skills. TOEIC® Listening & Reading Test is a face-to-face test and its two parts have an equal evaluation system. TOEIC® Speaking & Writing Test is an online test like the TOEFL IBT® exam and is carried out through a computer. Those who want to take the TOEIC® exam can attend only one of these sections if they wish, or they can apply for the exam for both sections. Both sections are held in our exam center.
TOEIC® scores are accepted in more than 160 countries and more than 14,000 universities, public and private sector organizations including Nevsehir Haci Bektas Veli University. Official institutions and universities in Turkey only accept exam scores from test centers with state university status. Detailed information about the exam can be accessed at https://www.ets.org/toeic/.
The School of Foreign Languages International Foreign Language Exams Coordinatorship has brought the TOEIC® exam to our University after the TOEFL IBT® and Oxford Test of English exams. The International Foreign Language Exams Coordinatorship continues to work to include other international foreign language exams in the coming days.
