Compulsory Preparatory Classes Proficiency Exam (For English Language Teaching Department, German Language Teaching Department and International Relations (English) Department Students)

Compulsory Preparatory Classes Proficiency Exam will be held in 15-16 September 2022, on Thursday and Friday. 

15 September 2022, Thursday:

First Session (Use of English and Reading Skill) at 10.00,

Second Session (Listening and Writing Skills) at 13.30,

(Important Notice: The Second Session will start with the Listening Part, therefore, it is imperative for students to enter the exam rooms at least 15 minutes before the exam time, and fill in their information on the Exam Booklets and Optical Forms. Late arrivals will not be accepted in the exam rooms till the end of Listening Part. At the end of the Listening Part, doors will be open and late arrivals will be accepted in the exam rooms, if they wish, to finish the rest of the exam (Writing Part).)

16 September 2022, Friday:

Third Session (Speaking Skill) starts at 10.00. All sessions will be held face to face.

Exam Rooms and Student Lists will be announced at a later date.

Class lists will also be hung at the entrance of the building and on the doors of the classrooms. The students are required to take the exam in their own exam rooms, taking into account these lists. It is important to be careful in this regard, as taking the exam in a different room will delay the evaluation of the results.

It is important that only students enter the area where the exam rooms are located in order to avoid crowds inside the building and in the halls.

The students have to meet their own needs such as pencils, erasers, etc. It is strictly forbidden to exchange those items with each other before or during the exam.
