2025–2026 Academic Year End-of-Year Academic Performance Status Announcement for Compulsory and Selective Preparatory Classes

Dear Students,

The lists showing your end-of-year academic performance status for the Compulsory and Optional Preparatory Classes of the 2025–2026 Academic Year are provided below.

In the lists:

• Students who have successfully completed the preparatory program either through their year-end average or by passing the Final Examination are marked as "SUCCESSFUL".

• Students who have failed due to absenteeism or insufficient academic average are marked as "UNSUCCESSFUL / UNSUCCESSFUL (ABSENTEEISM)".

• Students who have not met the required average criteria and are therefore eligible to take the Make-up Examination are marked as "ELIGIBLE FOR THE MAKE-UP EXAMINATION".
